A certificate is a digital product delivered instantly. The moment your payment clears, the certificate is generated, published at its own fixed address, and made available to you as an image file. At that point you have received the entire product, in full, and the transaction is complete.
We do not refund for a change of mind, second thoughts, or deciding afterwards that the joke was not for you. You are told this before you pay — on the purchase form, in the payment dialog, and here.
You may request a refund. We will not grant it. We would, however, be obligated to record it.
Consider what you would be asking. You voluntarily purchased a certificate declaring that you own libs. You are now asking to be given your money back because you feel you have been treated unfairly by a transaction you entered into freely, having read this page, which told you this would happen.
Under the definitions this website operates on, that is lib behaviour. Unambiguously. It is the single most lib thing a person can do on GoConMe.
It would constitute a self-own. It would, in fact, be the only genuine act of lib-owning that has ever taken place on this website, and you would be both the owner and the owned. We would have to log it. We log everything, and we publish what we log.

These are not goodwill gestures. If we take your money and do not deliver the product, you are entitled to your money back, and nothing on this page changes that.
Nothing here limits any right you have under Alberta or Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights where a product is not delivered, or is materially different from the way it was described.
If something has gone wrong, email us first. We answer quickly, and we would much rather fix it directly than have your bank do it for both of us. The charge on your statement reads GOCONME.
Not currently sold. A physical item shipped to you is a different situation from a file delivered instantly, and when Freedom Drops launch they will carry their own policy covering cancellation before shipping, damaged or incorrect items, and non-delivery.
