GoConMe is a work of satire and parody operated as a sole proprietorship in Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@goconme.com.
It is not a charity, a fundraising platform, a crowdfunding service, or a political organization. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to GoFundMe or any other crowdfunding platform, any political party, any candidate, or any government body.
When you make a payment on this website, you are purchasing a digital novelty image (a "Certificate") personalized with text you supply. That image is the entire product and the entire value of the transaction.
You are not making a donation. No portion of your payment is forwarded to any cause, campaign, charity, or third party. No tax receipt is issued or issuable.
Statements on this website about "owning libs", lib counts, Freedom Dollars, and similar are jokes. They describe nothing that occurs in the real world.
Your certificate is published at a fixed address that does not expire, rotate, or sit behind a login. We intend to keep it there, we will not delete a paid certificate to free up space, and we will never move one behind a later payment or subscription.
We cannot promise to host it forever. This website is run by one person. If it stops operating, certificate pages and share images stop working with it. Nobody should buy one of these believing it is guaranteed to outlive the website.
So download the image when you buy it. There is a download button on every certificate page. That file is yours, it does not depend on us, and it is the copy that survives if this site does not.
Your certificate is yours. We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to the specific Certificate issued to you, for any lawful purpose. Keep it, print it, frame it, post it, put it on a shirt, put it on a billboard, use it commercially, give it away, or sell it. You do not need our permission and you owe us nothing further.
What we keep is the underlying template, layout, design, and this website — the parts reused for everyone else's certificate. We cannot hand those to one buyer, because we issue them to every buyer. Your licence covers your Certificate, not the machine that made it.
You may sell or give away your Certificate to anyone you like, at any price you can get. We take no cut and we impose no conditions.
You should understand exactly what that does, which is nothing on our end. We do no work in a resale. The name printed on the Certificate does not change. The page stays exactly as issued. We will not reissue it in a buyer's name, we do not record who holds it, and there is no register of ownership anywhere. There is no token, no blockchain, and no authority that recognises the transfer.
What changes hands is a picture and whatever story you tell about it. That is the same thing that changed hands when you bought it, and we were equally clear about it then.
If and when physical goods ("Freedom Drops") are offered, they will be described accurately, including country of manufacture. Where a product is offered as a randomized or unspecified variant, every variant has the same price and comparable value. There are no rare items, no odds, no jackpot tiers, and no chance-based prizes of differing value.
You supply a name or short text for your Certificate. You must not submit: the name of a real person other than yourself; slurs or hateful content; threats; sexual content; or anything unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any order and refund it, for any reason, without explanation.
You must be 18 or older to purchase.
All sales are final. Certificates are digital products delivered instantly; once a certificate has been issued the product has been supplied in full and no refund is offered for a change of mind. We do refund where we charged you and failed to deliver, where you were charged more than once for the same order, or where a technical failure on our side prevented delivery. See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms, and which does not limit any right you have under consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be limited.
The website and products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Alberta or Canadian consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
